In the Dourdou valley, between Conques and Marcillac, Gîte de la Viguerie sits on a hectare of open land facing a 180° panorama that shifts with the seasons. Fully independent, the house looks out over open meadows and forests. The pool overlooks the valley and is shared with the owners, with complete privacy on both sides. The property has its own rhythm: an orchard, vines, beehives, hens whose eggs often end up on the breakfast table, and Kailash, the resident dog. At night, far from any light pollution, the sky stays dark for anyone who enjoys watching the stars in silence. Fifteen minutes away, the abbey church of Conques and its Soulages stained-glass windows. Ten minutes away, the Rougier vineyards and the Sunday market in Marcillac. Hikers, cyclists, and couples looking for quiet all find it a natural starting point, with ridge paths and trails running along the Dourdou. The property follows an environmentally mindful approach, using mulching, dry hedges, and nesting boxes: a place designed to help you slow down, without giving up any comfort.

Cancellation policy

L’annulation de votre réservation doit se faire par email. Si votre annulation nous est adressée au moins 30 jours avant votre arrivée prévue, nous vous rembourserons intégralement votre acompte. Si votre annulation nous parvient entre 30 jours et 7 jours avant votre arrivée prévue, nous vous rembourserons 50% de votre acompte diminué de frais de gestion (50€). Pour une annulation à moins de 7 jours de votre arrivée prévue, les sommes versées resteront acquises par le loueur sans contestation possible. En cas d’annulation pour des raisons nous incombant, le client obtiendra le remboursement intégral de toutes les sommes versées. Le cas échéant, le remboursement de tout ou partie de l'acompte sera effectué à partir du 15 septembre de l'année en cours. En cas d'annulation d'un séjour dont l'acompte a été réglé en tout ou partie au moyen d'un avoir, le montant du remboursement sera diminué du montant de l'avoir.
