For owners
- Registration is required to publish a property.
- The first year of use is free.

3. User commitments
By using Holicosy, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Not publish illegal, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights.
- Respect other platform users.
- Not use the service for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
- Not attempt to circumvent the site's security measures.
4. Owner commitments
As an owner, you agree to:
- Accurately describe your property and services.
- Keep your availability and rates up to date.
- Respond to contact requests within a reasonable timeframe.
- Comply with applicable regulations for bed & breakfasts.
- Hold the necessary permits and insurance for your activity.
5. Liability
Holicosy is a connection service. As such:
- Holicosy does not guarantee the conclusion of a booking between traveller and owner.
- Owners are solely responsible for the content of their listing and the quality of their services.
- Holicosy cannot be held liable for disputes between travellers and owners.
- Holicosy strives to ensure service availability but cannot guarantee it at all times.
6. Intellectual property
Site content (texts, images, logos, software) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
By publishing content on Holicosy, you grant a non-exclusive licence to use this content within the scope of the service.
