If Holicosy doesn't work for you after 12 months, you pay nothing and can simply not renew. And if you do receive enquiries, you'll already have saved hundreds of euros in commissions compared to Booking.

Can I sync my calendar with Airbnb or Booking?

Yes, iCal sync is bidirectional and unlimited. You can import iCal feeds from Airbnb, Booking.com, Séjour Direct or any other channel to automatically block your booked dates. Holicosy also generates an iCal export URL per room, which you can paste into your other platforms so they pick up your unavailabilities. No more updating your calendar in multiple places.
