How much does Holicosy cost for an owner?
For a listing published by 31 December 2026, the first year is free and the second costs €30. After that, the subscription is €60/year for your 1st property, plus €10/year per additional property. Founding members, published by 31 August 2026, also pay €30 in year 3. For a listing published from 2027, the €60/year rate applies from the first year. No commission is ever taken on your bookings.
Does Holicosy take a commission on bookings?
No, Holicosy charges zero commission. 0%. Travellers contact you directly and you manage your bookings independently. This is our fundamental difference from Booking (15%) or Airbnb (3-5% host + 14% guest).
How do I list my property on Holicosy?
Registration takes less than 5 minutes: create your account, describe your property, add your photos and rates. Your listing is visible immediately. Currently, properties are listed across departments.
