Do I need to leave Booking or Airbnb to use Holicosy?

No! Holicosy is a complementary channel. Many owners diversify their booking sources. No exclusivity required.

How do travellers contact me?

Travellers send you a request via a simple form. You receive an email with their contact details and can reply directly. Direct contact, no middleman.

Can I edit my listing after publication?

Yes, at any time from your owner dashboard. Edit descriptions, add photos, update your rates and availability in real time.

When does my free first year start?

Your free year begins the day your property listing is published, after validation. It is not tied to your account creation date or a calendar year. It is your personal timeline.

What happens at the end of the first year?

30 days before the end of your free period, you will receive a reminder email. You can then renew your subscription at €30 (year 2 rate, -50%). If you do not renew, your listing remains visible for a few more days then is deactivated. No automatic billing, no surprises.

Why is the first year free?

We believe in our service and want to prove its value first. For 12 months, try Holicosy without spending a penny. If contact requests come in and you are satisfied, renewal is a natural choice. Otherwise, you have lost nothing.

Do I need an account to contact an owner?

No, contact is possible without an account. However, creating a free account lets you save favourites and view your enquiry history.

How does the property search work?

Enter a city or region, then filter by price, capacity, and services (table d'hôtes, parking, etc.). Each listing details rooms, rates, and availability.

Do displayed prices include hidden fees?

No. At Holicosy, the displayed price is the real price. No service fees, no hidden commission. You pay the owner directly.

How do I know if a property is available?

Each listing shows an availability calendar. Indicate your desired dates in your contact request and the owner will confirm.

Is Holicosy secure?

Yes. Your data is protected (HTTPS, hashed passwords). We comply with GDPR and you can delete your account at any time.

How can I delete my account?

From your account settings, click "Delete my account". All your data will be erased in accordance with GDPR.
