Entirely on one level, it combines the charm of stone walls with the comfort of spacious and welcoming accommodation. It features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The covered terrace, the open terrace and the garden invite you to share a meal, enjoy the sunny days or simply savor the tranquility of the estate.
Able to accommodate up to 5 people and a baby , the Cottage is particularly suitable for families, couples looking for more space and for extended stays in the Dordogne.

Dogs must always be kept on a leash on the property and around the pond. The dogs are strictly not allowed near the swimming pool, even on a leash. For safety reasons, dogs of categories 1 and 2 are not accepted (“dangerous” breeds). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This ensures that all guests—human and animal—can fully enjoy the safe and natural surroundings of the property.

House rules
The accommodation is provided clean, well-maintained and fully equipped. Guests are expected to take good care of the accommodation and leave it in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Before departure, guests are kindly asked to: - Air out the rooms; - Put back any furniture and equipment they have used; - Empty the dishwasher and put away the dishes; - Dispose of waste in the designated bins; - Clean the barbecue after use, where applicable; - Leave the accommodation in a condition that allows us to prepare it for the next guests. For further check-out instructions, please refer to the welcome booklet provided in your accommodation. All guests are kindly asked to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property, as well as the comfort and tranquility of other guests and neighbors, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Children must be under the constant and close supervision of a responsible adult when using the swimming pool or when near the pool area. Children must also remain under the continuous and active supervision of a responsible adult, particularly near the pond and other bodies of water. Please exercise caution when accessing the pond and its surrounding areas. Swimming in the pond is strictly prohibited. The maximum occupancy is 5 people (adults and children of all ages), plus 1 baby under 2 years old. Any additional occupants will be refused.
