In the heart of our wooded estate in Urval, Le Pigeonnier welcomes you to an old stone building, carefully renovated to preserve its character while offering modern comforts.
Arranged over two levels, this cottage features two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Its terrace overlooking the swimming pool and its balcony invite you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the estate.
Able to accommodate up to 4 people and a baby , Le Pigeonnier is an ideal place for holidays with family or friends, exploring the villages and landscapes of the Périgord Noir.

House rules
The accommodation is provided clean, well-maintained and fully equipped. Guests are expected to take good care of the accommodation and leave it in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Before departure, guests are kindly asked to: - Air out the rooms; - Put back any furniture and equipment they have used; - Empty the dishwasher and put away the dishes; - Dispose of waste in the designated bins; - Clean the barbecue after use, where applicable; - Leave the accommodation in a condition that allows us to prepare it for the next guests. For further check-out instructions, please refer to the welcome booklet provided in your accommodation. All guests are kindly asked to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property, as well as the comfort and tranquility of other guests and neighbours, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Children must be under the constant and close supervision of a responsible adult when using the swimming pool or when near the pool area. Children must also remain under the continuous and active supervision of a responsible adult, particularly near the pond and other bodies of water. Please exercise caution when accessing the pond and its surrounding areas. Swimming in the pond is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is 4 people (adults and children of all ages), plus 1 baby under 2 years old. Any additional occupants will be refused.
